群馬テレビ「ひるぽちっ」で海鮮・もつ亭志門が紹介されました

群馬テレビで紹介された動画です。デジカメでテレビを直接撮影しました。レコーダーが故障していたため窮余の策です。そのためあまりクリアではありません。
でも、反って良かったと思いました。テレビに映ったお店の写真が、どこか他のお店なのです～。これはこれで話題を振りまいたかも知れません。苦笑

The 8th Bandai Plateau Lake Inawashiro marathon

I have registered for the full marathon of  “The 8th Bandai Plateau Lake Inawashiro marathon” held on September 7th. The closing date for entry was July 7th so it was barely safe. (^_^;
I have to keep training towards September 7th from now on.

９月７日開催の第８回磐梯高原猪苗代湖マラソンのフルマラソンの部にエントリーしました。７月７日が締切日で、ぎりぎり申込みセーフ。汗
これから、９月７日に向けて調整していきたいと思います。

ジョギングはストレス対策

夜の営業はぼちぼちなのだが、昼の営業が良くない。昼の営業時間中に暇が原因の精神的ストレスが溜まる。肉体はぴんぴんしているのだが。苦笑
肉体はぴんぴんしているので、最近昼の営業終了後にジョギングが出来ている。ストレス解消に役立っている。笑
今日は10キロ走ってしまった。体が疲れていると、精神的にストレスを溜める余裕もないから、これは結構いいかも。ただ、10キロ走ると、夜の営業に影響が多少ある。でも、今晩は早く寝られるだろう。笑
体重は、特にダイエットを止めたのだけど、引き続き減少傾向にあって67キロとなった。若かりし頃の体重が60キロ前半だったので、62キロになるくらいまでは敢えて体重減少対策を打たないことにする。今のズボン、ぶかぶか。大笑
