Dragon shaped Hand-washing.
There is hand-washing at the entrance to shrine of Japan. People who want to pray there must wash their hands at the hand-washing. There was a dragon shaped hand-washing at the shrine near my house. I was a little embarrassed to wash my hand with water that comes from the mouth of the animal, although it’s a statue. www

“Hanami” Cherry-blossom viewing

To go picnic or make a banquet at the place where cherry blossoms are blooming. Some people sing or dance there. A lot of people go “Hanami” at night as well as daytime. In place of “Hanami”, there is also a place where street vendors are opening. Tohoku region is now the season of “Hanami”.

志門駐車場横の小庭、ちょっとした花園になってます。今、春の花盛り中。昼にお越しの際は、是非ご覧になって下さい。
なお、昼は手打ち蕎麦、手打ちうどんのランチをやっていて、お刺身等はお出ししておりません。

私はカトリックなので、神を信じている。
しかし、私の理解する神は、仏教でいう、真理なのではないかと思っている。
神は、いつもそばにいて、そして信じる者を平安に導く。

神には人間の富み興味はない。神は人間の政治や争いに興味はない。神は富を求める者、人を政治で支配しようとする者、争う者から離れていく。

神の名を使って、富を集めようとする者、人々を支配しようとする者、争いを起こす者。彼らは神から遠く離れていて、そして不幸だ。

神が近くにいる者は、自分を大切にし、自分を愛することと同じに、隣人を愛せる人だ。愛することには、富や、支配や、争いはいらない。分かち合い、労りあい、協力していくことだ。

先週の日本のカトリック教会のミサでは、次の祈りが捧げられた。

キリストが示された愛をわたしたちが深く受け止め、人々の中で仕え合いながら、神のいつくしみをあかしすることができますように。

国境や領土をめぐる緊張が高まるなかでも、国を超えて人々が手を取り合い、平和に生きる道をともに探ることができますように。

私も強く祈った。

I am a Catholic, so I believe in God.
In my idea, God is the truth that is referred to in Buddhism.
God leads to peace those who believe, and be near all the time.

God isn't interested in wealth of human, politics and strife of human.
God will leave from a person who seek wealth, a person who intends to dominate people by politics and a person who wants compete.

They are unhappy and far apart from god those who intend to collect wealth, attempt to dominate people and cause strife using the name of God.

They are nearby God those who cherish themselves, love themselves and love neighbors same as themselves.

Love does not need wealth of human, domination and strife of human but sharing, caring and cooperation.

In the Mass of the Catholic Church in Japan last week, the following prayer was dedicated.

As can be witness the goodness of God by understanding deeply the love that was shown by Christ, and serving each other.

As can figure out together the way to live in peace by helping each other across the border even under increasing tensions on territory and borders.

I also prayed strongly.

ヘルニアを患ってからジョギングなどのエクササイズを遠ざけていたのだけれど、だいぶ回復したので今日はジョギングをした。気持ち良かった。腕立て伏せも１００回してみる。ちょっとなまってるみたいで、足に筋肉痛が・・・。苦笑
あまりダイエットも気にしていなかったのに、体重が落ちていて、なんと６９キロまで落ちていた。気を良くしたので、６５キロまで落とそうかと思っている。がんばろう。

It is not possible to eat absolutely at the sushi restaurant.
Catmint, rowan nuts, broom-grass nuts, shiitake-mushrooms, myoga-ginger, dandelion flower. Only Japanese may eat them. www

春のワインクーラー（桜）

春らしいワインドリンク、春のワインクーラー（桜）、ちょっとピンク色で桜の香りがほんのり。ほんのり甘く、微発泡。メニューに載せました。

椎間板ヘルニアの経過報告2（３月２９日）

椎間板ヘルニアの痛みは３月上旬までにほとんど解消したのだけれど、後遺症が残っている。左足の脛の皮膚の感覚が少しマヒしている。それ以外はほとんど回復した。しかし、腰の痛みが完全になくなった訳ではなく、体を冷やすと患部に鈍い痛みが再発してくる。

しかし、ほとんどの運動や体操は問題なくこなせるようになったので、ほぼ回復したと言っていいと思う。回復までに約２か月を要した。骨折並みの障害だ。

今後しばらくは腰に気遣って生活しなくてはならない。
・腰を冷やさない
・ストレッチや運動をする
・急激に腰に負担をかける様な動作をしない
こんなところか。これはまぁ、ヘルニアでなくても気を付けなければならない点でもあるな。

I got hay fever for the first time in 10 years.

I have been diagnosed with cedar pollinosis in Japan.
But while I was living in Switzerland, I didn't get hay fever. I returned to Japan last year. I'm having the first spring, I immediately became a hay fever.
I realized it's truly Japan.　Achoo!!
